The Programme and Strategy Directorate (PSD) is at the heart of the business and the project, playing a key role in interfacing with the client and in setting direction for and coordinating efforts from across the organisation and its supply chain to deliver the project. Functions provided by PSD include risk, assurance, benefits, information management, programme controls and the Programme Management Office (PMO).
