Timme Hendriksen has specialised in Value Management for over 20 years. He currently works with ProRail in the Netherlands to lead their Value Management Programme, as well as helping other organisations implement Value Management successfully.
Timme shares his insights and some of the challenges he faced in introducing and spearheading Value Management, along with the maturity model he has developed with the ultimate aim of supporting the successful growth of VM worldwide.
