To enable you to undertake an organisational self-assessment on the knowledge and use of Value thinking and Value Management methodologies, a Diagnostic tool has been developed.
The Diagnostic tool allows you to assess your organisation’s maturity in incorporating value thinking and Value Management methods into its way of working. You can review the answers you gave to each section’s questions then try to give a score based on one of the 5 possible score boxes.
The total score will give an indication, relative to the 5 standard ranges, of your organisation’s overall Value Management maturity. Don’t forget to inspect the areas where you may be under strength or have gaps in your mechanisms and follow up with the Institute of Value Management directly at ([email protected]) to find out how you may be able to increase your rating.
You can complete the assessment by downloading the tool and completing it electronically or by downloading then printing it before completing the questions. Please note the reference to “VM” in the tool refers to Value Management and not Value Methodology.
