The Construction Innovation Hub has launched, a Government backed initiative, a “Value Toolkit” signalling a shift to value-based decision-making. The IVM, advising on Value Management matters, is part of the Advisory Group currently being established to collaboratively work on the British Standards Institution’s (BSI’s) Flex 390 draft document relating to Value-based decision-making.
