VM1 – Module 1

This course is delivered by a Trainer in Value Management, a qualified TVM, normally in a Face-to-Face course usually over 3 consecutive days (minimum 22.5 Hours) but can be delivered due to CoronaVirus, and when Certification Board approved, by live on-line modules to suit the availability of delegates. It can also be delivered through an e-learning course which includes at least one day Face-to-Face. The course is for individuals who wish to apply the principles and practice of Value Management in their normal job, or those who are members of Value Management teams.

VM2 – Module 2

This course is delivered by a Trainer in Value Management, a qualified TVM, normally in a Face-to-Face course usually over 3 consecutive days minimum 22.5 Hours) but can be delivered due to CoronaVirus, and when Certification Board approved, by live on-line modules to suit the availability of delegates.  The course provides delegates with more knowledge about how to apply Value Management in practice as a Value Study Leader/Facilitator Skills Course predominantly at an operational level.

VM3 – Module 3

This course is delivered by a Trainer in Value Management, a qualified TVM, normally in a Face-to-Face course usually over 3 consecutive days (minimum 22.5 Hours) but can be delivered due to CoronaVirus, and when Certification Board approved, by live on-line modules to suit the availability of delegates. The course provides delegates with knowledge of advanced techniques in Value Management in the design of strategic and operational Value Management activities.

Train The Trainer – TTT

This course is delivered by an IVM authorised Trainer in Value Management, a professionally qualified TVM, normally in a 4-day Face-to-Face course usually split up into 3 consecutive days (minimum 22.5 Hours) followed by a 1-day (minimum 7.5 Hours) assessment. This course focuses on teaching and learning techniques to enable delegates to develop courses which can be accredited as compliant with the current Value for Europe (V4E), Value Management European Training and Certification System (ETCS).
